|Recommended: YesMichael James Review — The tour i received a few months before move in made me very confident that I would arrive to a clean and ready and orderly room unit. When I did arrive it appeared as though no work or repairs had been done to the state of my room after the previous tenant moved out. I just moved in however so have high hopes that all issues can and will be resolved

|Recommended: YesWouldn't Change It For The World — I can't find one bad thing to say about this property. The staff is excellent, the property is very well kept, and maintenance comes and delivers the utmost handy work you can ask for in a timely manner. Noise what noise it is so quiet out here you can literally hear a pin drop. You don't hear the commotion from the street or anything I really enjoy it and how tucked away it is from everything and everybody. I can see myself living here for a very long time. It's very affordable and it's convenient for everything. You have everything at your fingertips such as internet, cable, water, electricity, furnished, etc. What more can you really ask for The staff is very professional and well-mannered. Scott the maintenance man goes above and beyond to make sure everything is complete and to be doing this by himself he gets it done in a timely manner. Got to love him. The front office staff makes sure everything is in order and makes sure the tenants feel very welcome. I never live somewhere that had something every day for their tenants. They really make you feel at home. All I have to say is Thanks for making this living worth my money. I wouldn't change it for the world. I would do it a thousand times over.

|Recommended: YesBest Place to Live — I love how this place feels like home the minute you enter the neighborhood. It feels so welcoming, is so quite and peaceful, and I love seeing all the fur-babies around. Definitely 12 10 recommendation if you are looking to make a home while in college.
